Who we are

Rifflore is a collaborative music app. People publish small musical ideas (riffs), build on each other’s work, and follow how those ideas evolve. This policy explains what we collect and how you can delete your account.

What we collect

If you create an account, we store your email, password, and a public display name. The display name is not your email.

When you publish a riff or song, the title, the music, and who it was built from are public. Anyone can play it, like it, or build on it.

Unpublished drafts stay private to your account so they can sync between web and phone.

If you like a riff, we remember that you liked it.

We do not sell your information, show third-party ads, or collect your location, contacts, or photos.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, show your name on work you publish, keep drafts in sync, and count likes.

What stays public

A published riff does not change. Other people may already have built on it. If you delete your account, that published music stays so the history still makes sense. Your name on it becomes “RIP” (Riff in peace), and it is no longer tied to your email or login.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in Profile. That removes your login, private drafts, and likes, and signs you out. You cannot use that account again.

Children

Rifflore is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
